I've got a 50 year Singer sewing machine, can you fix it?
Unfortunately, we cannot answer those questions without seeing your machine. Bring it in and we’ll look it over, give you an estimate and go from there.
How often do I need to change my needles?
You should change your needle every 4-6 hours of use.

Why does my old thread keep breaking?
Thread has a shelf life, eventually it gets dried out and brittle and becomes easily breakable.
Can I leave my machine in my car for a few hours in the winter?
Sure! But if you’re going to sew with it, bring it into the house and then let it come to room temperature before you start to use it.
How often should I get my machine serviced?
The manufacturer suggests every year, but with proper maintenance, you can extend that to 2-3 years.
Are you open for in store traffic?
Not yet. We are available for curbside pickup, and we are renting out the “Q” but are not yet open for traffic.[/accorion]

Although we love to hear from you on social media, please be reminded that it is just that social media and is monitored remotely. Inquiries pertaining to our products and services, etc, should be directed through our store email or phone (see above) if you have questions, or would like more info on our products email or call.
How do I place an order?
Call, or email us. When we receive orders, we will read each in a first come, first served manner, so that nobody gets jumped in line, just as if you were shopping for real in the store. When we have received your order, and are able to process it, we will contact you to confirm that we have the supplies, and if any substitution may be required.
I don't do internet banking, can I pay cash when I pick up my order?
Although we can accept cash payments, In our efforts to reduce contact, at this time we kindly ask you to reciprocate by taking advantage of our current preferred methods of payment. These include, E-transfer, Debit, or Credit.
When can I pick up my order?
We offer curbside pickup Tuesday to Friday, 1 – 5 pm. However, to respect social distancing rules, when we confirm your order we will set up a time that works for you to pick up your order. If your time needs to be changed, not a problem, contact us by email, or by phone.
What product do you have available?
For those who we are just having the pleasure to meet, or friends we have know for years, by now we probably have a different selection of product since you were last in. We carry sewing machines, fabrics, notions, HTV, and more. If you would like to know more about what we carry, or if we have specific product, contact us and we will be happy to discuss.
